Nursery & Pre-School Fees

Nursery and Pre-School Government Funded Hours

We offer a maximum of 15 hours funded early education entitlement for children aged 2–4 years. We do not the additional 15 hours extra funding. Parents must apply for funding and complete the required paperwork before funding can be claimed. If funding is not approved or is withdrawn, parents remain responsible for fees.

A maximum of 3 hours funding can be used  per booked weekday (Mon–Fri), totalling up to 15 hours per week. Funding can be used across our session types: Morning, Afternoon, School Day, and Extended Day. Please note that a minimum of half a day must be booked to enable to use the 3 hours funding each day.

Childcare Vouchers

We accept support through the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare scheme and the Childcare Voucher scheme. Tax-Free Childcare allows eligible families to receive a government contribution of 20% towards their childcare costs, with payments available on expenses of up to £10,000 per child per year.

Childcare Vouchers can be used to cover fees up until the end of the term in which a child turns five. Vouchers may also be used towards additional costs such as meals, clubs, trips and after-school care. Please note that the Childcare Voucher scheme closed to new applicants in 2018. Further information on both schemes is available via the Government website.

Nursery Attendance and Compliance

The minimum attendance to hold a place is 2 full days per week or 3 mornings per week.

Morning snack and Lunch is included within the morning/full day sessions, all other consumables (Wipes, Nappies, Sunscreen etc.) are to be supplied from home.

Any changes to booked sessions must be made in the term beforehand; missed sessions within the non-refundable period remain chargeable and cannot be moved to another day. Late drop-off and early collection are acceptable, but please note that the session will still be charged at the full price as the place has been held for your child.

The Governors have the right to withdraw place if the fees are not received.

Please note: A minimum of two full days or three mornings is required in Nursery and either 3 full days or five mornings in Pre-School.
