Welcome to our vibrant and nurturing Early Years setting, where your daughter's play and learning space is thoughtfully designed to inspire and support young learners at every step of their journey. Our EYFS environment is a carefully curated blend of stimulating indoor and outdoor spaces, each crafted to encourage exploration, creativity and development.

Outdoor Environment

AESG girls are lucky to attend school in such a beautiful village as Alderley Edge. We make sure we make full use of our surroundings and take the girls on trips to the Post Office, Waitrose and the park.

Outdoor exploration is a time in which girls explore social dynamics, lose themselves in their imagination and explore the world around them.

We encourage the girls to get outdoors whatever the weather and ask that the girls have wellies in school. We also have a set of puddle suits too.

Indoor Environment

Our indoor environment comprises of two large light, airy, open plan rooms, with specialist zones to ensure your daughter receives outstanding care and support while they learn and grow.

These areas include space for messy play and creative arts, a quiet and peaceful reading den, computer corner and imaginary play. As we are connected to the Alderley Edge School for Girls Prep School, Senior School and Sixth Form, we benefit from using their specialist music rooms and PE/gym space and equipment.

Our expert team understand how to ensure your daughter will get the most out of her learning and development at her own individual pace. We understand how children learn and develop in a fun and exciting way, focusing on language, intellectual development and boosting their social skills to get ready for the next stages of their life in Prep School.
