Girls throughout the Prep School have many roles of responsibility and leadership. We believe that this is an important part of building the girls’ confidence and helping them find their place within the school community and preparing them for life beyond school.
In Year 6, a Head Girl Team is elected each year consisting of a Head Girl(s) and Deputy Head Girls. The Head Girls and all of the positions of responsibility are selected by the pupils in Year 3 to 6 and the teachers through a fair and democratic voting process.
