Our aim is to make History exciting by bringing the stories of the past to life and by making these relevant to the world in which we live today. We aim to do this by embracing and celebrating the experience of every member of the societies we study and by doing this in a way most accessible to today's learners.
Enrichment Opportunities & Trips
The Department visits the People's History Museum annually and has also led trips to the USA in the past.
A castle/stately home or historical site specific to the Elizabethan period is also visited.
