Years 10-11
In the Upper School, students study compulsory GCSE subjects plus their choice of GCSE option subjects, in addition to two non-examination subjects.
Compulsory GCSE Subjects
- English Language
- English Literature
- Mathematics
- Either 3 separate Sciences or Dual Award Science
- A Modern Foreign Language (French, German or Spanish)
- Religious Studies (Short Course)
Dependent upon their choice of sciences, 2 or 3 subjects are then chosen from the list below:
- Art
- Business Studies
- Design Technology
- Drama
- Food Technology
- Geography
- History
- Information Technology
- Latin
- Music
- Physical Education
The Non Examination Subjects covered are Physical Education and Preparation for Adult Life
